During prayer, I boldly, for the first time, asked Him, "Lord, what do you want me to do with my passion for Spirit, Soul & Body Health?"

I immediately heard in my Spirit, "Create a Spirit, Soul & Body Planner." So I wrote down that heavenly instruction and had to be obedient!!! The thought truly excited me though, so I began working on it immediately! That was back in 2019.

Before that life-changing moment, my life as a single Mom of three was a continual struggle with low and high levels of anxiety and overwhelm. 

Negative cycles of behavior, led to despair and depression. I was so overwhelmed with trying to manage all the things!! God kept reminding me of simple things to do when I repeatedly cried out to Him. It was always- "Pray first, then write out a plan." One day, after another tear-filled plea for help to God, I heard in my spirit- "Get a Planner!" I did and began to see the tremendous benefit, but unfortunately, I struggled to develop consistency and momentum.  

I knew I could develop the habit just as I did when learning to set up and practice my morning and evening routines. When I stuck with those- how I felt and how the rest of my day went was a dramatic, positive shift. It was the same for using and not using my planner! HABITS- building them little by little. If I had only had COMMUNITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY back then... that is why I created- Heal Thy Living! To grow in practicing healthy habits...        TOGETHER!
